Every data point on every lot.
We only handle green coffee when we can say which plot it came from, who grew it and how it was processed. Origin, altitude, variety, process, harvest and cupping score are recorded lot by lot and published in a form roasters, cafés and food manufacturers can use for sourcing decisions.
Working data on green coffee, such as moisture, screen size, defect rate, available volume, MOQ and price, is disclosed only to registered businesses on our access-code trade page.

Pesticide residue tests (CoA), phytosanitary certificates and other documents for Japanese import requirements.

We sell green and roasted coffee wholesale to cafés, roasters, restaurants and food manufacturers. Your first samples are free, and we are happy to discuss specific lots.
About the state of this data
For the 2025-26 crop we have so far recorded origin, variety, process and cupping score. Moisture, defect rate and inspection documents are added to the trade page lot by lot, as supplier specifications and first-import inspections confirm them. Fields we do not have yet stay blank until they are filled. Not publishing numbers we have not confirmed is the premise of this database.
