About this item
The most widely used brewer in Vietnamese homes and street-corner cafés. A body, an inner press that holds the grounds down, and a lid to keep the heat in. That is the whole thing.
Without a paper filter, the coffee oils fall straight into the cup, which gives it a fuller mouthfeel. The Phin grew up alongside Robusta, so it pairs well with our Fine Robusta.
Stainless steel, washable and reusable. No electricity or paper required. The Journal explains how to brew with it.
